If you are experiencing a MEDICAL EMERGENCY, please call 911. If you are a currently a patient in our practice and need assistance after hours, please call 704-616-6082 to speak with the physician on-call. This service is for direct access for the patient to a provider and is not a triage phone line. . If you are not a current patient and require assistance that is NOT EMERGENT, please call us during normal business hours at 704-372-9393.
Current patients can also request prescription refills, make appoints, view lab results/health records, and send NON-URGENT direct messages to the provider through the secure patient portal. Please allow up to 24 -48 hours for a response to messages in the patient portal.
