A little story about my closet...

I find it very effective to use cedar hangers for suit and sport coat closet care. Cedar is a great absorber of moisture/persperation. The chestpiece and armholes will be freshened and well-shaped. Cedar hangers have a wider armature which will keep any shoulder padding in your jackets well-shaped.

Cedar differs from varnished wooden hangers in that cedar has absorption capabilities.

Also, utilize cedar shoetrees for your footwear. They will absorb any moisture and resulting salt residue inside the 'upper'. Plastic or metal 'trees' do not have absorption capabilities.
